Mad City Bar Fest Presents the Pacific Beach Halloween Bar Fest 🎃 Join us at Pacific Beach's most popular bars and nightclubs - featuring drink specials, live DJs, spooky surprises, and more! Costumes encouraged.

Check in to the bar you purchased a ticket to from 12-3 PM, and receive a wristband that grants you access to all participating bars & drink specials! The bar fest is from 12-8 PM
