Can use a runner for the pitcher and one additional runner per inning per sex. Runners can be anyone in the lineup.
Safety bags at 1B and home plate w/commitment line between 3B and Home which makes it a force out at home
HRs and Auto Doubles will be explained by the umpires and or myself before the start of everyone’s first game
No food or drinks inside of the facility outside of just water and powerades!!!
No smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, sunflower seeds or drinking alcohol of any kind inside of the dome!
No arguing with the umpires and or opposing team etc
WBG are 40 minutes and or 7 innings( whichever comes first)
If time limit is up and the away team is hitting then the home team will have a chance to rebuttal ONLY if the home teams losing. If the away team is up 2 when the timer goes off or ump announces last inning then the home team just needs to tie it to be considered the winner! These are the ultimate perks/downfall of being the home/away team!!!
Flip flops will occur when umpires and or Pachy deem it fit. If a team is home team all game and then going into the last two innings(regular and opened innings) then they lose out on that perk of only needing to tie to win etc. example; if home team is down two runs going to their last inning they will bat their last open inning as the away team and if they don’t take the lead by one they will lose. If they do take the lead then the now new home team just needs to tie it to be the winners. You lose a run in the scenario. So as always try your best to maximize as many runs every inning(that’s allowed) to try and avoid this scenario from happening as it has happened once already!
There will be a 5 run limit per inning rule! So if a team scored 5 runs before their 3 outs are over then that marks the end of that inning. However the final inning will be an open/unlimited run inning! As well as the home teams when losing by more then 5 in that final inning can try and make a comeback! Again all they have to do is tie to be considered the winners!
No refunds unless teams backing out finds a team to replace their spots once the bracket is released!!
The umpire will notify both teams about any potential flip flop rules when times and scores declare so
Pick up after yourselves and your teammates!
Umpires will give the coaches/teams the heads up before the final regular innings/open innings contingent on time and score etc
If a team is short player they can pick up anyone as long as they catch and bat last(10th)
Teams must have at least 9 players to field a team…if a team only has 9 players but has 3 girls then they do not have to take an auto out in the 10th spot of the lineup due to them already having to be short a fielder.
Can not play with 8 or less players, will take a forfeit!!
If you bring a chair inside you must grab a black puzzle piece mat at entrance of dome to lay on turn and then put your chair ontop of puzzle mat!
No smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, food or drinks of any kind except for water and Gatorades!! Staff have authority to kick people out of the facility if caught doing any of those things! So choose wisely on who plays on your team!
Anything I missed I will be sure to go over with the coaches!
