PACHAMAMA, Earth Day Sound Bath

We look forward to welcoming you to the upcoming sound bath session.

During the experience, you will be invited to lie down and immerse yourself in soothing vibrations shared by Ernesto Castro. To enhance this process, Sagnite Castro will provide hands-on Reiki to support life force energy, balance, and harmony throughout your body. Following the session, there will be time for reflection and integration, where you may share your experience with others or sit in silence.

Essential Items to Bring:

- Yoga Mat: For base cushioning.

- Comfortable Blanket(s): To stay warm as body temperature often drops during the session.

- Pillow/Bolster/Towel: For neck, head, or knee support.

- Eye Mask or Bandana: To block light and deepen the experience.

- Water Bottle: To rehydrate after the session.

- Socks/Layers: To ensure you remain comfortable while lying still.

Tips for Success:

- Wear Comfortable Clothing: We recommend cozy loungewear or activewear.

- Arrive Early: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to set up your space and relax.
