About this Event

Join the Cornerstone Alliance team to learn more about PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) Financing and how it can support development projects in our region. Designed for commercial lenders, developers, and municipal staff working in community and economic development, this session will begin with a brief presentation introducing PACE Financing, when it makes sense, and how it can be used to support projects.

The presentation will be followed by a moderated panel discussion exploring practical applications, opportunities, and considerations for using PACE Financing in development. Refreshments will be provided with networking happy hour to follow the panel discussion.
