Paca Yoga, led by Certified Yoga Instructor Amanda Olson of Dragonfly Yoga & Fitness in Pottstown is being offered in a serene outdoor setting among some of the gentlest livestock you will ever meet with nose to nose. She will lead us in a series of postures, movement, breathing and a brief seated meditation. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, a towel to place under your mat, water, and possibly bug spray or sunscreen if you need it. We will have some tree cover. The alpacas are happy grazing around us and will not jump on you or bite. They may hum or check you out from a short distance. After the class, feel free to stick around for a few minutes to give them hand treats and get to know them better. Definitely snap some keepsake photos and stop into our farm shop to see what is made from alpaca.
If possible, please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to get parked, settled and ready for class to start at 9:30. Parking is to the LEFT at the bottom of the driveway in front of the main pasture. There is a powder room on site.
