The public is invited to our monthly meeting on November 11 at 7:00pm at the Butterworth Center Library. Steven Spangler, PhD, Professor Emeritus, from the University of Iowa, will be joining us in person to give a program "Understanding our Sun and Main Sequence Stars".
"During my 39-year career at Iowa, I taught courses at all levels from introductory, general education courses for non-science majors, to graduate courses in astronomy and physics.
