PA day Fun in Oakville

Reconnect Oakville is inviting you for an afternoon of outdoor adventure in one of Oakville’s hidden gems—Lions Valley Park! This easy, family-friendly hike is perfect for anyone looking to get outside, enjoy nature, and try something new.

What to Expect:

• Explore Lions Valley Park: Nestled in the heart of Oakville, Lions Valley Park offers scenic trails along lush greenery, peaceful streams, and charming woodland areas. We will be guided throughout this beautiful area by Avid Nature Enthusiast and Co-Chair of his local chapter of Bird-Friendly Ontario, Dave Tourchin.
• Wrap-Up at Neyagawa Park: Weather permitting, we’ll return to Neyagawa Park for refreshments and games, giving everyone a chance to relax, socialize, and enjoy some friendly competition.

Three lucky attendees will win a $25 gift card to Nature’s Emporium

Who Can Join:

This is an event for all ages! Families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts are encouraged to attend! The hike and activities are suitable for beginners. Please note that minors need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and this event is not wheelchair accessible.

📍 Meeting & Parking: Neyagawa Park (free parking available on-site at 540 River Glen Blvd, Oakville, ON L6H 6N4). We’ll gather there and walk together to Lions Valley Park.
