Join us for our Wednesday Wellness Walks.It’s been too long since getting out and enjoying GBC Park—and with the added exercise equipment along the walking trails, it’s the perfect time to start back up.
We’ll meet at 8 AM (park by the pond, meet at the picnic tables) and head out for a relaxed 30-minute walk—time to move, socialize, and maybe get a few reps in along the way.
All skill levels welcome. Just show up and move.
