Embrace the dark this Oíche Shamhna with a hauntingly immersive evening of ghost stories and whisky at The Doss House.

Hosted within the candlelit surrounds of our historic sandstone chambers in The Rocks, this unique tasting experience invites guests to settle in for an evening of chilling tales, hidden histories, and exceptional whisky in one of Sydney’s most atmospheric heritage spaces.

Guided by renowned storyteller Kate Heffernan alongside our own Whiskey Specialist , the evening will weave together eerie stories, infamous characters, and folklore from The Rocks and beyond, accompanied by a curated selection of whiskies chosen to suit the mood of the night.

As the stories unfold, guests will journey through a selection of drams showcasing a range of flavour profiles, from delicate sweetness and warming spice through to rich oak and lingering smoke.

To warm the spirits, guests will also enjoy a comforting hot toddy, best savoured beneath the flicker of candlelight and sandstone walls.
