Every week there's a new AI tool you're told you need. Most owners we talk to are either overwhelmed by it, or already using it and not sure it's paying off.
This is a practical morning with a business consultant and an AI consultant, side by side. One of us will show you where your business needs work before AI can help. The other will show you where AI can take real work off your plate right now, and how to do it without putting your client data at risk.
You'll walk away with:
- Your own one-page plan: what to hand to AI, what to fix first, what to keep human
- A simple test for whether any job in your business is ready for AI
- The basics for keeping your client data safe
Who it's for: owners of businesses with roughly 5 to 50 staff who are curious about AI, feeling the noise, or already using it and wondering if they're doing it right.
