Come join us for a shuckin' good time at Silver City Brewery for Oysterology 101! Dive into the world of oysters with experts from the Pop-Up Oyster Bar Company as they guide you through the ins and outs of these delectable bivalves. Learn about different local Pacific species oysters, why clean water is important to them, how to shuck 'em like a pro, and of course, how to pair 'em with the perfect brew during a tasting experience.

Each participant will enjoy a dozen oysters and four paired beer samples, and will recieve a shucking knife to take home!
