Byron Bay’s most indulgent seafood festival is returning for its tenth year, and you’re invited to join the shucking party! 🦪 🎉If you’ve experienced our legendary Oyster Festival before, you already know you’re in for a shell of a good time. For the whole month of August you can enjoy half price natural oysters during our daily oyster happy hour, from 3-6pm.
Our chefs will be shucking up a storm to bring you the freshest oysters in Byron Bay.
And that’s not all, we’ve got exclusive oyster-inspired dishes and fresh additions to our lunch and dinner menus to keep the bivalve lovers happy all month long. From classic freshly-shucked oysters with lemon to inventive dressed oysters with unique flavours, there’s a plate for everyone.
