Join us for a celebration of Cornish seafood, local produce, and unique crafts at the Falmouth Oyster Festival! This year, we are excited to announce that the festival is expanding, with a fantastic Food & Craft Fair at the historic Princess Pavilion.
What to Expect at the Princess Pavilion:
A Feast for the Senses: Explore a vibrant marketplace brimming with the best of Cornwall's food and drink scene. Sample delicious local delicacies, discover artisanal products, and indulge in everything from native Fal Oysters to local spirits and sweets.
Artisan Craft Stalls: Browse a curated selection of arts and crafts from talented local makers. Find unique, handmade gifts and treasures, including jewellery, pottery, artwork, and more.
Family Fun: The Princess Pavilion will host a variety of family-friendly activities, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.

About the Festival:
The Falmouth Oyster Festival is a much-loved annual event celebrating the start of the oyster-dredging season. The festival showcases the traditional methods of harvesting using only sail and oar, highlighting the superior taste of the native Fal Oyster.
Come for the food, stay for the festivities! Enjoy cookery demonstrations from top local chefs, live music, and the famous Working Boat Race and Oyster Shucking Competition.
