expert-guided oyster tasting with Virginia Shaffer, oyster sommelier and founder of Lady Oyster in Maine. For one night only, Virginia will take you on a coastal adventure through Maine, introducing you to oysters from different estuaries and bays. You'll learn all about growing oysters, the influences on their flavors, tasting etiquette, and stories from the farm! We'll have delicious wine pairings and accoutrements to match.
