Join Autumn Ball, a local running coach, and her team of coaches from Southwest Endurance Training (SWET) for weekly coached runs on Sunday mornings from 7-8:15am at the Tucson J from September 21 through November 30 in preparation for the Hanukkah Hot Cocoa Run on Sunday, December 7!SWET will provide weekly tips and motivation to keep you moving and help you achieve your goals. All levels are welcome– the group will have a focus on beginners, and speeds will be adjusted for advanced runner training. Each week, the coaching team will review stretching pre- and post-run, tips for cadence and maintaining your pace.
