Oxford's annual multi-day, multi-stakeholder expert convening on generative AI and society
About this Event

The Oxford Generative AI Summit (#OxGen25) is a two-day multi-stakeholder expert convening powered by OxGen AI Limited and bringing together 200+ leaders from enterprise, startups, government, academia, and the media to deep dive into the use cases, societal implications, and future of generative AI and society.

  1. The Frontier of Generative and Agentic AI Adoption: How can leaders unlock value from, and stay ahead of, developments in generative AI?
  2. How is generative AI shaping our society and economy, and how can leaders navigate these transformations and prepare a future profoundly shaped by AI?

About the Venue:

The Summit is hosted at the new state-of-the-art Cheng Kar Shun Digital Hub at Jesus College, University of Oxford. Photos of the venue can be found here. This year's VIP Dinner will take place at the iconic Oxford University Museum of Natural History.

General Admission (150 spots):

Early Bird (June 15-August 15, 2025): £345.00 + Eventbrite fee

Regular Season (August 16th - October 1st, 2025): £450.00 + Eventbrite fee

Includes full, two-day access to all panels, keynotes, fireside chats, and networking sessions. Also covers lunch and refreshments on both days, a complimentary drinks reception on Thursday, October 16, a Summit SWAG bag, invitations to post-Summit networking drinks and select satellite events, and on-demand access to session recordings and slide decks from presenters who opt to share them.

VIP (50 spots):

Early bird (June 15-August 15, 2025): £795.00 + Eventbrite fee

Regular Season (August 16th - October 1st, 2025): £1,250 + Eventbrite fee

Includes all of the above in addition to an invitation to the exclusive VIP & Speakers’ Dinner on Thursday, October 17, held at the Oxford University Museum of Natural History, a landmark Victorian neo-Gothic museum known for its remarkable architecture and historic collections. VIP access also includes the full Summit attendee list, entry to the VIP lounge with views over Oxford, recognition via a VIP name badge, and priority seating in the front rows (with a select number of seats reserved for VIPs). Additional VIP-only activities may be confirmed ahead of the event.

Recordings-Only:

Early bird (June 15-August 15, 2025): £100.00 + Eventbrite fee

Regular season (August 16th - October 1st, 2025): £200.00 + Eventbrite fee

Includes access to an on-demand library of session recordings and slide decks from presenters who opt to share them, available 24–48 hours after the Summit.

We have a limited number of scholarship passes for individuals who would be unable to attend the Summit without financial assistance. The application can be found here.

Ticket Change and Refund Policy

The Oxford Generative AI Summit encourages any attendee who wishes to change their ticket status to communicate that change to the Summit’s staff as soon as possible. For any changes to your ticket status, please reach us at [email protected].

Attendees may change their ticket type prior to 15 September 2025. If you wish to change to a lower-cost ticket, you will be reimbursed the difference. If you wish to change to a more expensive ticket, you will need to pay the difference in ticket price.

Ticket cancellations prior to September 15 are eligible for 100% refund.

Ticket cancellations between Sept 15 and October 1 are eligible for 50% refund.

Ticket cancellations on and after October 1 are nonrefundable.

Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable.
