This month’s meet up, Owning Your Expertise: Turning Self-Doubt into Confidence, is all about supporting the woman behind the leadership… your voice, your confidence, and your inner knowing.
Because even the most driven, high-achieving women can experience self-doubt… and you don’t have to navigate that alone.
✨ Empowerment Workshop with Stephanie & Holly of The Garden
In this interactive and supportive experience, we’ll explore what it truly means to own your expertise and move through the self-doubt that can quietly hold you back.
Through guided conversation, reflection, and a meaningful activity, you’ll begin to shift your perspective on imposter syndrome and reconnect with your confidence and inner strength.
We’ll close with a grounding mindfulness practice, giving you a moment to pause, breathe, and anchor into your power.
✨ What You’ll Walk Away With:
• A deeper understanding of imposter syndrome and how it shows up
• Tools to build confidence and trust in yourself
• Mindfulness techniques to support your daily life and leadership
• A renewed sense of empowerment to pursue your goals boldly
