Own Your Numbers: Financial Clarity for Small Business Owners
About this Event
Understanding your numbers isn't just about compliance, it’s about understanding risk and making confident business decisions. This workshop walks you through the essentials of building a realistic operating budget, understanding your financial statements well enough to spot what's working and what isn't, and using key financial metrics to evaluate and project your business performance. You'll practice reading a P&L with a strategic lens, learn how to set financial targets that connect to your business goals, and build a practical, simple framework for ongoing financial review that keeps you proactive rather than reactive.
This session will take place at CREDC's office at 805 Broadway Street, Suite 412, Vancouver WA 98660.
Street parking is available surrounding the building.
