Harman is a facilitator, public speaker, counsellor, and small business owner who has delivered more than 100 leadership and wellbeing programs for young people across Australia.

They began their speaking journey with Burn Bright and the Youth Impact Foundation, and have facilitated sessions at leading events including the National Leadership Forum in Canberra and Sikh Youth Australia's Leadership Camp.

With a background in counselling at The Hills Private Hospital, Harman has delivered psychoeducational group programs, meditation sessions, and practical wellbeing workshops. As the owner of a successful garden maintenance business, they also bring a practical, real-world perspective on resilience, discipline, leadership, and personal growth.
