Summon your confidence and awaken your power in this beginner-friendly heels class. You’ll learn a sensual, modern chair dance routine in a supportive, non-judgmental space—perfect for anyone who wants to explore movement, reconnect with their body, or just have fun.
Costumes are encouraged, and while this isn’t a stage performance class, you’ll have the chance to share your routine with the group and capture photos or video to remember the experience (or share with someone special).
We’ll break the choreography down step by step, with options for all levels. Expect body waves, hair flips, hip circles, and plenty of laughter. This isn’t just dance—it’s about stepping out of your comfort zone, feeling empowered, and celebrating yourself.
