Come on out to Big Hill Park on a beautiful winter afternoon to meet ambassador owls from Hoo Haven- a local wildlife rehabilitation and education center from Durand, IL. This event is jam packed with educational fun activities for every age.Join us for an educational event exploring Wisconsin’s owl species, their behavior, and their incredible role in conserving our natural landscapes. We’ll dive into owl adaptations, hike to call for Big Hill’s Barred Owls, read Owl Moon, stay toasty with a roaring fire, and have a craft for the littles tagging along. We even have an add-on activity of an owl pellet dissection!
Dress warm and bring owl your questions… this one is going to be a hoot!
