Join us for a special evening with Owen Jones as we celebrate the release of his latest book The Fall Of The West.
Since the appearance of his debut, Chavs in 2011, Owen Jones has been one of the most provocative and incisive commentators from the British Left, casting a withering eye on the elites- both elected and un-elected- who direct the narratives of our political culture. In his new book, he casts his net wider to look at the arrogance and folly of the post-Cold War era, one consequence of which has been a disturbing and regressive wave of populism across the so-called Free World.
In this special event, he is joined by fellow writer Oisin McKenna- author of the acclaimed novel Evenings and Weekends to discuss his analysis of our contemporary moment.
