OWASP Austin Chapter Monthly Meeting - February 2026

We are meeting at Emerson! The chapter would like for folks to attend personally if possible! Please do not pull an in-person ticket if you are only attending online, we order food for every in-person ticket the Friday before the meeting and we do not want to waste food by over ordering and wasting donated money.

Gurdeep Gill is a Software Engineering Technical Leader at Cisco Systems, specializing in cybersecurity, automation, and network infrastructure. She leads high-performing engineering teams and drives quality initiatives, with expertise in SSL/TLS protocols, PKI, QUIC, Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC), and advanced automation frameworks using Python and cloud technologies. Gurdeep holds a Master’s in Computer Engineering and is actively involved with Women in Cyber Security (WiCyS) and Women of Impact (WIT). She is passionate about mentorship and inclusive leadership. Gurdeep is dedicated to translating complex cybersecurity challenges into practical, scalable solutions that empower businesses and protect global digital ecosystems.
