O. Wake is a band from NYC who's probing songwriting combines elements of art pop and indie rock to explore the anxieties and absurdities of today's world through witty vignettes and sweeping soundscapes. Started in 2019 by songwriter and multimedia artist, Ofer Shouval, the 5-piece outfit transfixes and delights audiences with a genre-bending live set featuring guest performances from deranged AI chatbots, poets, mysterious orbs, and a diy motion-controlled lighting device called a Luminin. Strip all that tech away though, and O. Wake is a deeply emotional band with an intensity and lyricism that will take you for a hell of a ride. Come out and hop on.

Kevin Marksson wears his heart on his sleeve. Never one to shy away from big emotions, the Brooklyn songwriter has poured three years of diaries into the music of Endearments. The trio’s latest EP, It Can Be Like This, is no exception; Marksson and his bandmates—guitarist Anjali Nair and drummer Will Haywood Smith—channel these introspections into lush, reverb-washed pop songs that evoke early 4AD dream pop and the romanticism of Roxy Music.

hifi : Boston-born, Brooklyn-based “hiFi” is a room temperature whiskey ginger. A conglomerate of post-punk, indie, and self-proclaimed angry sad girl influences. Fronted and driven by Massachusetts -native, Emily Pitcairn, the band has toured from Atlanta out to Chicago, and has immersed themselves into the DIY scene of Boston and, now, Brooklyn. Their music plays with catchy instrumentation paired with vulnerable lyricism - an ode to healing and reclaiming self through art and expression.
