If work feels constant, reactive, and overwhelming… you’re not alone. This 5-session experience is designed to help you step out of that cycle and take back control of your time, energy, and focus.

This is a small, highly personalized leadership coaching experience that helps you understand:

• Why you feel overwhelmed
• What’s actually driving your workload and stress
• How to make better decisions about what to prioritize
• How to lead and work in a way that is sustainable

As part of this program, you’ll complete the PXT Select™ Assessment, a professional tool used to understand how you:

• Think and make decisions
• Approach work and problem-solving
• Communicate and operate under pressure

We use these insights throughout the program to help you:

By the end of the 5 sessions, you will:

• Understand the causes of your overwhelm (not just the symptoms)
• Know what to prioritize—and what to let go of
• Have a clear, realistic structure for your week
• Reduce decision fatigue and constant reactivity
• Feel more in control of your work and leadership approach

This experience is designed for professionals who:

• Are juggling competing priorities and expectations
