This trip is for everyone who can walk, breathe and who is not completely unfit and not scared of hights. I would not recommend it to someone who has never been on a hike and who is completely unfit, as we are going up Table Mountain and we also have to get down again ( also if you take the cable car )
SCHEDULE:
Wednesday 25th November 2026 ,
11:30: hike up from Constancia.
Once we arrive at the Overseers Cottage we will explore the dams, chill have a swim (if you want ), sunset Yoga session and enjoy a nice dinner.
We will be in comfort and surrounded by jaw-dropping views of the entire peninsula.
It’s a rare privilege to spend a night at this special place.
Thursday 26th Nov '26: we will enjoy the sunrise on Table Mountain and greet the day with some stretches.
After a breakfast we will walk on top of Table Mountain to the dams and decent either via the permitted Orange Kloof through the most amazing landscapes, along rivers, dams… OR make our way to the cable car to drive down.
Accommodation
Overseers Cottage is self-catering and is a comfortable and stylish, renovated old stone cottage. Comfy couches, a big fireplace, gas-heated hot showers and several rooms with big soft beds, which will relax you after your hike.
The cottage can accommodate 16.
All beds are fitted with fresh linen and towels are provided.
