Come Meal Prep your breakfast for the week with me! Meal prep without any junk in the ingredients. No seed oils, no folic acid, non-gmo, just good old fashioned goodness!
Overnight Oats is where it’s at. They are so easy to make and healthy for you too. Just an easy grab and go breakfast. With the holidays fast approaching us. I have 5 festive flavors ready for you to make and enjoy.
What we will be doing:
- I will have 5 delicious overnight oat flavors picked out for you to prepare yourself for the week.
- While you're making your oats for the week, I will have a flight of samples already prepared for you to enjoy while you’re hard at work. 😜
- When you're done you will be able to take the recipes home with you so you can enjoy till the end of time.
- While you're working and enjoying each other’s company I will be filling your brains with fun health facts.
