Who's ready for an unforgettable weekend in the Big Apple? 🍎 Whether you're looking to shop, sightsee, enjoy incredible food, catch a Broadway show, or simply soak in the magic of New York City, this trip is the perfect opportunity to experience it all—your way!
🚌 Departure: Friday at 5:00 AM from the Rural King parking lot in Wytheville, VA.
We'll make a couple of fun travel stops along the way before arriving at our hotel around 4:00 PM. After checking in and freshening up, we'll board the bus and be dropped off in the heart of New York City to spend the evening adventuring on your own! 🌃✨ Whether you want to enjoy amazing food 🍕, shop 🛍️, catch a Broadway show 🎭, admire the city lights 🌆, or visit iconic landmarks 🗽, the evening is yours to experience NYC however you'd like. We'll provide transportation back to the hotel later that evening so you can relax and recharge for another exciting day.
🏨 After a comfortable overnight stay with a complimentary breakfast buffet included ☕🥞, we'll check out the next morning, load our luggage onto the bus, and head back into the city for a full day of independent exploration. Spend the day checking off your bucket list, discovering hidden gems, or revisiting your favorite spots before we meet back up that evening for our trip home.
🚍 On our way home, we'll make a comfort stop so everyone can change into comfy clothes and relax for the remainder of the ride home.

🏨 Room Rates w/Bus Fare Included (per person):
👤 1 person in a room: $525
👥 2 people in a room: $450 per person
👨👩👧 3 people in a room: $400 per person
👨👩👧👦 4 people in a room: $375 per person
🎟️ Reservations are now being accepted with NO deposit required! Your seat will be held once you reserve, but full payment is due by August 15th.
Seats are limited and reservations will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Don't wait to reserve your spot! 🚌✨
📢 Important Cancellation Information:
The hotel's current contract requires cancellation 90 days prior to arrival. I am actively working to negotiate more flexible terms, but until then, please understand that if the trip must be canceled due to circumstances such as severe weather, there is a possibility that hotel deposits and/or the full hotel balance may not be refundable. I want everyone to have this information upfront so you can make an informed decision before reserving.
