As you rest, a dedicated team of sound healers plays low-frequency gongs in shifts, ensuring a continuous flow of harmonious vibrations that release tension and stress.
In the early morning, the sound gently rises, awakening you with the crescendo of an “explosive” sound climax, also known as the point of the flame, followed by a profound silence—an invitation to experience the stillness within.
After this ethereal journey, join us for a community breakfast, where shared moments of connection and reflection deepen the experience. This night is a retreat and reawakening, leaving you with heightened energy, vitality, and inner peace.
