Tune in, relax, reflect, and rejuvenate through the powerful resonance of sound.

Using over 40 overtone-rich instruments—including gongs, bells, sound sculptures, hammered dulcimer, and other unique tools—we willcreate a meditative soundscape designed to help you unwind and reconnect. Over the course of the night, the gentle, continuous waves of sound will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and introspection.The vibrations from the gongs and other instruments promote calm, reduce tension, and provide a unique environment for rest and meditation. Whether you drift into sleep or remain awake in quiet reflection, this experience will leave you refreshed and centered.

What to Expect
• Start with light breathwork, vocal toning, and gentle movement to prepare your body for deep relaxation.
• Settle into your cozy space as the gongs and bells play throughout the night. Sleep, meditate, or simply listen as the sounds transport you.
• Experience a deeply relaxing journey, with many participants describing feelings of clarity, peace, and expanded awareness.What to Bring
Create your personal sanctuary for the night. Please bring:
• A sleeping pad, yoga mat, or bedding for comfort.
