Back by popular demand, this trip is a great introduction to overnight bike travel!
On this trip, we’ll bike from the Lake Avenue Trailhead in Massillon to Camp Tuscazoar in Dover, camp for the night, and return the next day. You'll carry everything you need on your bike! (We'll provide a gear list.)

Our route will be 25 miles each day on the level crushed limestone of the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail and some quiet city streets. (Great news for ride veterans: the Towpath to Camp Tuscazoar has been completed, so there's no longer a final climb up Boy Scout Hill!)

The first day will include a stop at Lockport Brewery in Bolivar, where you’ll buy your own dinner. On day two you’ll eat the breakfast you brought with you before we set off on our return trip to Massillon. You will need a hybrid, gravel, or mountain bike (32mm tires or wider recommended) in good working order.
