We’re excited to welcome Brooke Seiz as our upcoming Wellness Consortium spotlight speaker on Thursday at our Overland Park meeting!
Brooke brings a fascinating and deeply integrative perspective to wellness, blending mental health, functional medicine, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care.
She is an LCPC in both Kansas and Missouri, certified in holistic nutrition and functional medicine, and works with both individuals and couples. Her work focuses heavily on the connection between developmental trauma and the ways it can show up physically in the body through chronic illness, pain, hormonal dysfunction, gut issues, metabolic concerns, and nervous system dysregulation.
Using approaches such as EMDR, Parts Work, somatic/body-based therapies, functional testing, and touch/table work, Brooke helps clients explore healing from both the chemical and nervous system side of health.
