Start the day with the thrill of abseiling from Millers Dale Bridge, the 90ft drop will give you an adrenaline boost to kick off the challenge. After that, you'll spend the morning abseiling at a variety of locations to improve your skills and gain confidence. In the afternoon we'll head underground for abseiling through caves and waterfalls.
Dolomite training will be our expert guides on the day and will provide you with all the equipment and information you need.
