Join us for a weekend of connection, reflection, and recovery in a peaceful, supportive setting.
📅 Friday, June 12 (evening) – Sunday, June 14 (late morning)
📍 La Salette Retreat Center, Attleboro, MA
This retreat is an opportunity to step away from daily life and spend time focusing on your recovery alongside others who understand. Through shared experience, small group connection, and time for personal reflection, we strengthen both our individual recovery and our community.
New to OA?
Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength, and hope to help each other recover from compulsive eating and food behaviors. There are no dues or fees for membership, and all are welcome.
You don’t need prior experience with OA to attend this retreat. If you’re curious, struggling, or simply looking for support around your relationship with food, you are welcome here.
✨ What to Expect
* Small group connection and sharing
* Recovery topics based on the 12 Steps and OA literature
* Optional OA meetings
* Guided prompts for journaling and reflection
* Optional meditation, movement, and creative activities
* Plenty of free time to rest, walk, or connect with others
Set on beautiful wooded grounds, the retreat also offers space to unplug and recharge in nature.
🏡 Retreat Details
* Private single room with shared adjoining bathroom
* Four meals included (Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner + Sunday breakfast)
* Limited to 45 participants
💲 Retreat fee: $295
💛 Limited $100 scholarships available
