Rejection is one of the most common fears in business—and one of the biggest barriers to growth. In this engaging, mindset-shifting session, you'll learn how to move past the fear of “no” and use rejection as fuel for confidence, resilience, and action.

Inspired by Jia Jiang, one of the world’s leading voices on rejection, we’ll explore lessons from his powerful talk and book. You’ll engage in practical, hands-on exercises that help you reframe rejection and strengthen your emotional resilience—at work and beyond.

We’ll also dive into the art of business storytelling—a key skill for leaders, sellers, and communicators at every level. You'll learn how to craft and deliver stories that inspire action, create connection, and support your message. And you'll discover when to use long, medium, or short-form storytelling based on your audience and context.
