Spiritual Trauma and Attachment Theory
This group will be a psychoeducation and support group for those who have experienced spiritual trauma and want to learn more about overcoming it through understanding our attachment style and finding secure attachment.
A safe space for those from any faith background to process ways that spirituality has been traumatizing, explore attachment style, and establish goals for life after trauma. Diverse faith backgrounds are welcome.
