Overburdened Neck and Shoulders Workshop
About this Event
Uncover how your everyday movement habits are contributing to shortened muscles, tension knots, and limited range of motion. In this workshop, we’ll:
- do some reflecting to figure out what the heck is up with that
- get some preventative education to help shift that effort
- take restorative time to release built up discomfort (to help you restart from a more-easeful place)
You’ll leave this workshop in a refreshed and softer state, with good tools to stop the vicious cycle.
Join me on August 1 at 11am to unburden your neck and shoulders and start sinking into suppleness.
