Evan McCoy is the Senior Biologist for the Texas Parks and Wildlife District 5, where his responsibilities primarily include daily operations, wildlife research and monitoring, outreach programs, and providing technical assistance to private ranches across 13 counties in the western Edwards Plateau.
The evening begins with social time at 6:00 PM, followed by the chapter meeting at 6:30 PM, and the program at 7:00 PM. The public is welcome to attend.
