Embark on an exciting journey through the magical kingdom of Unicorns, Mermaids, and Magic Castles with our clay and multimedia art camp. Let your imagination run wild with clay, Legos, paints, glass, stickers, plush, and more. Our week-long camp starts with several clay projects, including 3 experiences on the pottery wheel for every child. With four clay projects in total, you'll get plenty of time to experiment and create. Use Legos to craft a flower and an object of your choosing. Create stunning paintings of mermaids, flowers, and butterflies. In addition to clay and painting, you'll also get to work on a project or two in glass. Every child will make unforgettable memories, and some of their creations will be ready to take home the same day. The rest, made of clay and glass, will be ready for pickup at the school about 4 weeks after camp.
For your child's next summer camp, consider our pottery camp! At our camp, your child will receive individual attention from multiple instructors, which is a unique feature not found in other camps. They will get to experience three opportunities to work on the pottery wheel and will come out with several works of art. The classes are taught by Jeremy South, who has over 25 years of experience teaching classes throughout the area.
The camp will take place at Northwood Christian Church, located at 4550 Central Avenue in Indianapolis. If you prefer, you can drop off your child or stay for a little while to see them create. The camp will be held inside the studio of Ripple Mobile Arts on the third floor of the building. Please note that elevator access is only available on the second floor, and we are not handicap accessible on the third floor.
Please bring a water bottle and a non-nut snack for your child. A waiver will be given to you on the first day of camp that needs to be signed for your child.
To enter, please use the red set of doors on the west side entrance, which is off 46th Street. You can park in either of the parking lots. When you arrive, ring the bell to be let in. We are located on the third floor straight up the flight of stairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
