Many people suffer from feelings of fear and anxiety, or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. On this retreat, Kadam Mick Marcon will explain ways of thinking and guide meditations that will help us to become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.
