Make More, Do Less: Profitability Through Process
Do you ever look at your business and think “there has to be a better way to do this?” If so, this interactive workshop is for you. We’ll explore strategies for identifying which problems can be solved by a better process, how to create that process, and for implementing it across your business. In addition, we’ll touch on where software and technology can be a useful tool, and how to evaluate which programs (if any) can support your business.
This workshop is suitable for any business owner or operations manager, whether you’re a solopreneur or part of a larger team. To get the most out of this session, come prepared with a specific problem you’re trying to solve.
This workshop is facilitated by the City of Cortez and Outgrow Your Garage.
