The Outer Banks Swinging Mullets open the season as they take on Roanoke Rapids at home in a summer collegiate matchup you won’t want to miss! Plus, it's Outer Banks Locals Night! Opening Night is all about celebrating the people who make this community special including locals, families, businesses, nonprofits, and partners, while setting the tone for a season built on connection, fun, and hometown pride. As part of OBX Locals Night, local residents can enjoy discounted admission with a Dare County ID, and a portion of ticket sales will benefit the Outer Banks Community Foundation.
Fans can look forward to a true community celebration with early gate opening, local artists, small business and nonprofit tables, bounce houses for families, and plenty of family-friendly fun throughout the evening. The first 250 fans will receive a Founding Season sticker, and kids can stay after the game to run the bases and high-five the players.
