Cost: Residents $50; Non-Residents $60 per camper

Calling all young adventurers! Join us for Outdoorsy Kids Day Camp, a fun-filled 3-day exploration of nature at the beautiful Soper Center at the Williams Property. This camp is designed for kids who love the great outdoors and want to discover everything nature has to offer! Each day is packed with exciting hands-on activities, outdoor games, and nature-themed crafts.
Week 1: Eco-Engineers Camp- Combining STEAM and nature, this camp focuses on engineering challenges using natural materials. Kids will create structures, bridges, and simple machines and create fun nature art.
Week 2: Junior Naturalist Camp – Calling all nature explorers! Get ready to become wildlife detectives as you search for clues left by animals, like tracks, signs, and sounds. You’ll splash into a pond to hunt for water bugs, try your hand at fishing, and explore different habitats. Plus, you’ll create your very own wildlife observation journal to keep track of all your awesome discoveries.
Week 3: Survival Skills & Outdoor Fun – Campers will learn essential outdoor survival skills in a fun, hands-on way. They’ll build shelters, learn about fire safety, and practice basic navigation.
Bring your curiosity, a water bottle, a light snack and your love for the outdoors! We’ll provide all the supplies needed for a fun week. Be ready to get a little muddy and have a lot of fun!
