Join us outside on the Free Spirit Yoga Grass for our wonderful, all-levels Outdoor Yoga Flow Classes offering sun salutations and creative yoga sequences to spark heat, amp up your endurance, and build strength and flexibility. Glide through smooth pose-to-pose transitions, synchronized with your breath, and leave class feeling utterly rejuvenated. Prenatal yogis, you're welcome to join, and teens 13 and older can groove with their parents too!
