Drop-in with us for this relaxing yoga class in nature - Sundays from 9-10 AM in Kihei.

Enjoy a sound healing with crystal singing bowls, tune-in with breathwork, practice gentle yoga, and explore qigong movements. This class is suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.

HEALING IN THE GARDENS w/Nadia Yin Yoga & Trauma-Informed Certified Yoga Instructor, Practitioner & Student of Shaolin & Medical Qigong, Sound Healer - Vocalist & Musician.

Info: please arrive 5-15 minutes early to settle in and reserve your space
