Our Summer Sunday morning outdoor yoga sessions are back at West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village!
As part of our ‘Wellbeing at West Stow’ offering, our popular Sunday Morning outdoor yoga sessions continue this Summer, led by 3 fantastic local yoga practitioners.

Jordanna Campbell
Each will bring their own unique style of teaching, so you can explore different forms of yoga.
Welcoming and encouraging, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of yoga that leave you feeling relaxed and energised and hopefully inspire you to continue your yoga journey.

These sessions will take place outside please wear layers, bring mats, blanket and cushions for comfort and a drink of water.
A limited number of mats are available for use should you not have one.
No Dogs permitted in the Anglo-Saxon Village, assistance dogs only
