This all-levels yoga class takes place just steps from the paddocks, where horses graze and wander nearby. Their gentle presence brings a grounding, heart-opening energy to your practice.
Expect gentle movement, fresh air, and moments of connection—with yourself, nature, and these beautiful beings.
🧘‍♀️ No experience needed—just bring a mat or towel and an open heart.
