Spend an hour moving your body into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.
Join us prior at Sippo Lake parkrun at 8:00am and volunteer, walk, or run a 5k before class!
Subject to cancellation due to weather.
Please park on Mississippi St. or at the adjacent plaza.
Come early or stay after for a delicious beverage or snack (not included).
Pre-Registration is required, please follow ticket link! Classes are $10/session and due at time of registration or paid in-person!
