βœ… A few spare mats available. βœ… Feel free to bring your own mat or towel to practice on, knee pads or extra towel to kneel on, a bottle of water, warm clothes or blanket and anything else that you may need to be able to make most out of the session (e.g sunglasses, sun cream) and that will help you relax and enjoy yourself.
