Are you looking for a local & outdoor class? Training for an upcoming event? This class is for you!
We’ll meet in the parking lot at Howard Peeples Park! Trail class will be on the Disc Golf course behind the ball fields. 2 mile trail run/jog with optional body weight exercises along the way.
Class is only $5 for all non-members! FREE for all REC Members. Childcare will be provided at the REC center for the little ones.
What’ll need: water, trail shoes, wear layers
